What are we doing?
GSN is committed to the safety and well-being of it's colleagues at this challenging time. For this reason, we've closed all of our offices and are instructing our teams to work from home where it is safe to do so.
Due to the nature of our work, we're not providing access to key-systems that hold sensitive information and as a result, we won't be able to remotely manage your hosted servers with us at this time.
Please see below for the list of affected services;
- GSN Connexis - NORMAL - The Connexis platform is currently hosted and managed in the Azure and AWS cloud, meaning your operations will continue as normal for websites, storage and some VPN services.
- Customer Data - LOCKED - We're not able to access the key systems required to assist you with Password Reset, Email Check and User Access. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause, however, this system remains offline and inaccessible to the internet with the intention of securing your data at all times.
- Client Support - NORMAL - We're still accepting correspondence from our customers that need us the most, supporting with technical issues, remote access support and telephone support. The wait-times for transfer to our teams may vary as we're experiencing high call volumes right now.
We're continuing to constantly monitor government guidance and are working hard to becoming COVID-Secure, keeping our clients and staff safe being at the forefront of our operations right now, we would like to thank all of our customers for their understanding during this unprecedented time.
